1. The agreement
These terms apply when your company ("you", the "customer") creates a Lura+ workspace or uses any part of the Lura+ service provided by LuraPlus ("we", "us").
The person who signs up confirms they can accept these terms on behalf of the company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Workspaces and accounts
Each company gets its own workspace at its own address. You are responsible for who you invite, the roles you give them, and keeping sign-in details safe.
- Give accurate company and contact details, and keep them current.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
- Admins can add, deactivate and remove users at any time.
3. Free trial
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial of every module. No card is needed to start.
If you don't choose a plan when the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan restores full access.
4. Plans, billing and payment
Core is free for every company. Paid modules are priced per active employee per month; Recruit is priced by its tier of active jobs. Current prices are on our pricing page.
- You can pay monthly or annually. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax.
- A minimum of $29 a month applies once any per-employee module is on.
- Seats follow the number of active users in your workspace; changes are prorated by our payment provider.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. Lura+ never stores your card or bank details.
If a payment fails we will tell your admins and give you time to update the payment method before access is limited.
5. Changes and cancellation
Admins can add or remove modules, change billing interval, or cancel from Settings › Plan & billing. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and paid periods are not refunded unless the law requires it.
6. Your data
You own the data you put into Lura+. You give us permission to host, process and back it up only to provide and support the service for you.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Lura+ to break the law or anyone's rights. In particular, don't:
- upload malware or try to access workspaces, accounts or systems that aren't yours;
- load-test, scrape or reverse-engineer the service without our written permission;
- store data you have no right to process, or use the service to send spam.
We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why when we can.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Lura+ available and secure, and we improve it continually. We may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any year is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Lura+ at any time. We may end the agreement if you seriously breach these terms and don't fix the breach after notice. Before a workspace is closed, we will help its admins get a copy of their data on request.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for material changes we will notify workspace admins before they take effect.
