Every active user in your workspace counts as one seat for per-employee modules: employees, admins, managers and recruiters alike. Users you deactivate stop counting. We sync the count every day and whenever someone is activated or deactivated, and our payment provider prorates the change. If you only use Core, Recruit and OpsDeck, there's no per-employee charge.
Yes. Core includes users and accounts, roles and permissions, SSO, departments, offices, the org chart, Company Policies, the Dashboard, Notifications, Settings and API keys. It's always on, has no employee cap, and lets every module create the users it needs, so a company that only uses Recruit can still add its team.
The trial lasts 14 days with every module unlocked and no card. We remind you in the app from day 10. If it ends without a subscription, the whole workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and view their data, but nothing can be changed until you choose a plan.
Yes, any time, from Settings › Plan & billing. Changes are prorated by our payment provider.
OpsDeck is one flat price for the whole workspace, not per employee, and it never counts toward the per-employee minimum. Free covers the first 50 tickets your workspace creates, with no time limit. Standard is $9 a month ($7.50 a month billed annually) for unlimited tickets. On Free you can keep reading, moving, commenting and editing after the limit; only creating a new ticket needs Standard.
Once any per-employee module is on, you're billed for at least enough employees to reach $29 a month. For example, 15 employees on Time Off alone would cost $22.50, so they're billed as 20 employees: $30 a month. Recruit, OpsDeck and Core don't trigger the minimum.
Annual plans charge 10 months for 12: 2 months free, about 17% off. You pay for the year up front at checkout, by card or any other payment method Stripe Checkout offers. For example, HR Essentials for 80 employees is $320 a month, or $3,200 a year on annual billing, saving $640. Seats added during the year are prorated by our payment provider.
Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Payment runs through Stripe Checkout: card or any other payment method Stripe offers in your country. Stripe calculates GST or sales tax where it applies, and card details are entered with Stripe, never stored by Lura+.
You have 7 days to update your payment method, with a banner in the app. After that the workspace becomes read-only until payment goes through.
Yes. After you cancel, your workspace keeps Core, Recruit Free and OpsDeck Free, and paid modules stay read-only for 90 days.
